- Order Confirmation: An order is considered official only after a signed purchase agreement or payment of the initial deposit.
- OEM/ODM: For custom bubble toy designs, specific technical approval must be confirmed before mass production begins.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates based on production capacity and international shipping schedules. Xiaoman Toys is responsible for meeting the agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF). We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.
5. Quality & Compliance
All Xiaoman Toys products are manufactured to meet international toy safety standards (such as EN71 or ASTM). Partners are responsible for specifying local regulatory requirements during the inquiry phase. Any claims regarding quality issues must be submitted with photographic evidence within 14 days of cargo arrival.

All brand assets, designs, catalogs, and website content are the exclusive property of Xiaoman Toys. Unauthorized use of our trademarks, "Xiaoman Toys" branding, or proprietary product designs for third-party commercial gain is strictly prohibited.
